The task was to create a book cover for one of your favourite books. The Magus is the book I have been impressed with for the last several years and I wanted to create a cover which will reflect the emotional and psychological struggles of the main hero, rather than focus on the mysticism that existing book covers tend to do. My other aim was to give a modern twist to the cover of this classical novel so that it can be possibly picked up by younger people.
